MORA AI works strictly within each user’s permissions. Reading files and reading email are off by default; only an owner or admin can turn them on.

Each person has a daily usage limit and each organization a monthly limit; limits reset at midnight. If an organization’s services are suspended for an overdue plan, MORA AI is paused too.

Where do I use MORA AI, and who can use it?
MORA AI works in the browser on computers and phones. Sign in with a MORA account that has a verified email. Organization accounts also get tasks in the organization’s MORA Cloud and MORA Mail. The first time, you read and accept the MORA AI terms of use.
Does MORA AI send email or share files on its own?
No. Emails are saved as drafts and shown in a preview card; they go out only when you click Send. File sharing also waits for your confirmation and is limited to people in your organization.
How does an organization control MORA AI?
For files, email and meetings, MORA AI can do only what the user’s account is allowed to do. General organization information (plan, members, roles) is available to every member. Reading MORA Cloud files and MORA Mail email is off by default; an owner or admin turns each one on in the organization admin console. If services are suspended for an overdue plan, MORA AI is paused too.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. MORA AI uses a partner’s language model, and the partner does not use your data to train its models. Details on where data is processed are in the MORA AI terms of use.
How long is chat history kept?
History is kept for 30 days after your last message, then deleted automatically. You can delete any conversation at any time. The action log for sent emails, shares and created files does not record content.
Which file types can MORA AI read?
Word, Excel and PowerPoint (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx), ODF documents (.odt, .ods, .odp), PDF with a text layer, plain text, CSV and HTML, up to 10 MB per file, once an admin allows reading MORA Cloud files. Scanned or password-protected PDFs cannot be read yet, and MORA AI says so. Email attachments in the same formats can be read when an admin allows mail access. Legacy Office formats (.doc, .xls, .ppt) are in development.

Yes. Each person has a daily limit and each organization a monthly limit; limits reset at midnight. MORA AI warns you when you are close to the daily limit.
