MORA on your own servers

MORA Enterprise runs MORA Mail, Cloud, Meet, Chat and MORA AI on your organization’s servers, with MORA Office licenses for your computers.

Price on quotation · Your team installs it with MORA’s documentation

MORA Enterprise runs on Brightvale Co.'s own server, hosting MORA Mail, Cloud, Meet, Chat, MORA AI and account administration. Office computers with MORA Office, browsers and phones connect to it, and the data stays on the organization's server.

What’s included

The full MORA suite on your servers

The same features as the Ultra online plan. Storage depends on the servers you provide.

MORA Mail

Mailboxes on your domain, shared mailboxes like support@, tabs and filters, scheduled sending and a colleague directory.

MORA Cloud

A personal drive for everyone and shared storage for each department. Share with the right people and permissions.

Edit in the browser

Open and edit Word, Excel and PowerPoint files in the browser. Changes save to MORA Cloud.

MORA Meet

Meetings in the browser. Guests need no account and wait in a waiting room. Screen sharing, whiteboard and recording.

MORA Chat

Direct and group messages with colleagues, file sharing, and voice or video calls from any conversation.

MORA AI on-premises

MORA AI runs on your own servers, so the content it processes is not sent to outside servers.

Accounts and admin console

Three roles: owner, admin and user. Add users, enforce two-factor authentication and review the admin log.

MORA Office for computers

Includes MORA Doc, Sheet, Slide and PDF licenses. Open and save Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files directly.

MORA AI on-premises

An AI assistant inside your own systems

MORA AI runs on your organization’s servers, so content stays inside. For files, email and meetings, it does only what the user’s account is allowed to do.

  • Drafts Word documents on request and saves them to MORA Cloud
  • Drafts emails in MORA Mail; nothing is sent until the user clicks Send
  • Opens a MORA Meet room from one sentence
  • Reads and summarizes files and email only when an owner or admin allows it; off by default
On MORA Enterprise, MORA AI drafts a payment request email to Kevin Ross of Meridian Partners, cc Tom Diaz at brightvale-co.com, and saves it in Drafts. The email only goes out when the user clicks Send email; Don't send keeps it in Drafts.

Choose a deployment

On-premises or online: match how you operate

Choose MORA Enterprise when

Internal rules require email, documents and messages to stay on your own servers, and you want MORA AI to process content inside your systems. You have IT staff to install and run the servers.

Choose the online service when

You want to start right after sign-up, with no servers to buy or run. MORA keeps the service updated. You pay per user each month.

Operations

What your organization takes care of

MORA provides the software, the installation guide and support. Day-to-day server operation is up to your organization.

Servers

You provide the servers that run MORA. Storage depends on them.

Backups

You back up the system’s data. Test a restore regularly to make sure your backups work.

Monitoring

You monitor the servers, free disk space and the health of each service.

Network security

You secure the network around your servers and decide which access to open to the internet.

System updates

You plan and carry out updates to the server system.

Outside connections

Sending and receiving outside email needs an internet connection and mail records for your domain. Inviting guests to meetings needs MORA Meet to be reachable from the internet.

Coming soon

Community edition and open API

Two additions for on-premises MORA are in preparation. Details will follow when they are ready.

Community edition (coming soon)

Free for up to 10 people, for labs and students in learning and research. Not for commercial use. Organizations that use MORA for business need a MORA Enterprise license.

Open API (coming soon)

A programming interface to connect MORA with the systems your organization already uses, so data and workflows move between them.

Your data

Choose where data lives, control who gets in

Email, documents, messages and user accounts are stored on servers your organization chooses and manages. Your organization remains responsible for its legal duties on personal data protection.

  • Three roles, with two-factor authentication enforced for everyone
  • The admin log records who did what, and when
  • External sharing links always need a password and can expire
  • MORA AI access to files and email is off by default

FAQ

Questions about MORA Enterprise

Don’t see your question? Send us a message from the contact page, or email hotro@mora.vn.

How is MORA Enterprise different from the MORA online service?

Same MORA products, different place and operator. MORA runs the online service, and your organization signs up and starts working. MORA Enterprise is installed on your own servers: your team installs it using MORA’s documentation and runs the servers.

What does MORA Enterprise include?

MORA Mail, MORA Cloud with browser editing for Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, MORA Meet, MORA Chat, MORA AI, user accounts and the admin console, plus MORA Office licenses (Doc, Sheet, Slide, PDF) for your computers. Features match the Ultra online plan.

Who installs the system?

Your organization installs MORA on its own servers using MORA’s installation guide, usually through its IT staff. For help, email hotro@mora.vn.

How much does MORA Enterprise cost?

MORA Enterprise is quoted to fit each organization’s needs. Send a request from the contact page to get a quote.

Does MORA AI send content outside?

MORA AI runs on your own servers, so the content it processes is not sent to outside servers. Access to MORA Cloud files and MORA Mail messages is off by default; an owner or admin turns it on when needed.

Is there a free edition for learning or testing?

The Community edition is coming soon: free for up to 10 people, for labs and students only, not for commercial use. Organizations that use MORA for business need a MORA Enterprise license.

Can MORA connect to the systems we already use?

An open API for connecting MORA to your existing systems is in preparation (coming soon). To discuss your integration needs, contact sales.

How much storage do we get?

Storage depends on the servers your organization provides for MORA Enterprise.

What does our organization need to handle?

You run the servers: backups, monitoring, network security and system updates. To send and receive outside email, you need an internet connection and mail records for your domain. To invite outside guests to meetings, the server must be reachable from the internet.

How does on-premises help with personal data protection?

It lets your organization decide where data is stored and control who can access it. Legal duties, such as data protection impact assessments or breach notifications, remain with your organization. Check with your legal team.
