Do I need an account to download?
No. Click Download for Windows or Download for Mac and the installer downloads right away, with no sign-in.
Does it run on a Mac with an Intel chip?
Not yet. The Mac installer is for Macs with Apple silicon (M1 or later) running macOS 11 or later. To check, open the Apple menu › About This Mac: Apple silicon Macs show a Chip line (Apple M1, M2…); Intel Macs show a Processor line.
I am on my phone. How do I download?
MORA Office is a suite for Windows and Mac computers. There is no phone or tablet version yet, so open this page on your computer to download the installer.
My Mac says MORA Office cannot be opened. What should I do?
If macOS says it cannot check the app, open System Settings › Privacy & Security, click Open Anyway and confirm. After that, MORA Office opens normally.
Windows asks for confirmation when I open the installer. What should I do?
If Windows shows a warning before installing, choose More info › Run anyway and follow the steps on screen.
Do I need to uninstall an older version first?
No. The new version installs over the old one, and your file associations stay the same.
Can I use it before buying?
Yes. Once installed, all four apps work. The software shows a purchase reminder until you activate a license.
How do I move MORA Office to a new computer?
Uninstall MORA Office on the old computer, download the installer again, then install and activate it on the new one with your license key. The 5-device plan covers up to five of your computers at the same time.
How do we install on many computers?
The .msi installer deploys to every Windows computer; Macs use the .dmg installer. Organizations license per device, with a lower price per device as the number grows. Fewer than 10 devices or need a custom contract? Contact sales.
