Who can use MORA Mail?
MORA Mail is for organization accounts. Personal accounts sign in with an email address you already have, so they do not include a MORA mailbox.
Do we get mailboxes right away?
Yes. A new organization gets a yourcompany.apps.vn address with email turned on, plus a mailbox for the admin. That address is also the MORA account sign-in name.
Can we use our existing company domain?
Yes. Add the domain on the admin page and verify ownership with one record. If the domain uses MORA name servers, all mail records are added for you. If it stays with your current provider, the admin page lists each record to copy. Then click Turn on email.
How do I use MORA Mail in Outlook or on my phone?
In MORA Mail, open Settings › Account › App passwords and create a password for the device. The server settings appear next to it. In Outlook or your phone’s mail app, add an IMAP account with your email address and that app password.
Why use app passwords?
Each device gets its own password, shown only once. If you lose a phone, revoke that one password without changing your MORA account password. Each mailbox can have up to 5 app passwords.
Can I schedule a message?
Yes. Click the arrow next to Send and choose Schedule send: tomorrow morning, tomorrow afternoon, Monday morning or any time within 29 days. The message goes out on time even if your browser is closed. Cancel a schedule and the message returns to Drafts.
How do I send bank notices to a label automatically?
Open a notice and click ⋮ › Filter messages like this, or go to Settings › Filters and blocked addresses. Choose the conditions and the action, for example add the Accounting label and skip the Inbox. Apply it to existing mail to sort old messages too.
How do I move contacts from Outlook or Gmail?
Export your contacts as a .vcf (vCard) file, then open Contacts in MORA Mail and click Import. Duplicate email addresses are skipped. Colleagues on your company domain already appear under Colleagues.
Can we create shared mailboxes like support@?
Yes. An owner or admin creates the mailbox and assigns it to a colleague, who accepts the invitation in MORA Mail. The mailbox’s old password changes so only the assigned person has access.
What happens to the mailbox when someone leaves?
An admin suspends the account: the person cannot sign in, but mail still arrives. Deleted accounts and mailboxes are kept for 20 days for restore. Open MORA Mail sessions sign out within about a minute, and mail apps such as Outlook lose access within about two minutes.
Will our email land in spam?
When email is turned on, MORA creates anti-spoofing records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for your domain and gives each organization its own sending reputation. This makes your mail more trusted. Message content and recipient lists still affect how receivers sort it.
