Sharing
The right people, the right access
Invite colleagues to view or edit files and folders in a few clicks. For outside partners, create a password-protected link and add an expiry date if needed.
- Give each person view or edit access
- Find and share only with people in your organization
- External links always need a password
- Set an expiry date so a link stops working
- File drop: partners upload files without seeing anything else
- Shared with me collects the files colleagues shared with you

Shared drives
Team files belong to the organization
Owners and admins create shared drives for departments or projects and choose who can view or edit. Files in a shared drive do not depend on any one employee.
- A shared drive for each department or project: Sales, Accounting, Projects…
- Add members and set view or edit access for each person
- Members with manage access add and remove people themselves
- When someone changes teams or leaves, the files stay with the organization

Admin
Add people once, Cloud updates itself
Owners and admins manage users in the MORA admin console. New users get their own drive right away. Suspending a user blocks sign-in but keeps their files.
- Each organization has its own MORA Cloud space, separate from others
- Add, rename, change roles or suspend users in one place; MORA Cloud follows
- Files of deleted users are kept for 20 days for restore
- Owners and admins manage shared drives; users work in their own drive and the shared drives they join

Light or dark
Two themes, easy on the eyes
MORA Cloud comes in light and dark. Drag the slider to compare and pick the one you like.

Pick up where you left off
The files and folders you are working on are waiting when you open MORA Cloud.
Home suggests folders and files you edited in the last 30 days, with the reason, owner and location.
Recent groups files you added or edited in 30 days into Today, This week and This month.
Filter by type (documents, spreadsheets, PDF, images, video…), by person and by last modified, including a custom date range.
Ctrl+click, Shift+click or drag to select. The toolbar shows Share, Download, Move and Move to trash.

See every change to shared files
MORA Cloud records what each member does, so the team can check history and track progress.
Select a file or folder and open Details › Activity to see who added, edited, renamed, moved, deleted or shared it.
Colleagues invited to a folder can see the activity of every file in it, not only the folder owner.
Each save, including saves from MORA Office in the browser, creates a version you can review or restore.
Open version history inside the editor to see saved versions.
Filter by type, person and date, hide items you no longer need and review what you shared.
The file list has an Owner column; the details pane shows the type and location of the selected file.

One sign-in for all of MORA
Sign in once to reach MORA Cloud, Mail, Meet and Chat on any device.
Use the same MORA account as MORA Mail, MORA Meet, MORA Chat and the admin console.
Open MORA Mail or MORA Meet with one click from the top of the screen.
Use it in the browser, and add MORA Cloud to your phone’s home screen like an app.
The Storage panel at the bottom of the sidebar shows how much you have used.

Clear permissions, protected data
Data is separated by organization, and you decide who can view, edit or share each document.
People outside your organization cannot see your files or find your staff when sharing.
Staff use their own drive and see only the shared drives they were added to.
Every external link has a password and can have an expiry date.
Sign in with a code from an authenticator app. Owners and admins can require it for one person or the whole organization.
After repeated wrong passwords, the account is locked for a while.
Data between your browser and MORA Cloud always travels over an encrypted connection.

Who can use MORA Cloud?

Can I edit documents in the browser?
Yes. Word, Excel and PowerPoint files open in MORA Office in the browser and save back to MORA Cloud. PDF files can be viewed in the browser; to edit a PDF, download it and open it in MORA PDF on your computer.
How do I share with partners outside the company?
Create a public link for a file or folder. The link always has a password. You can set an expiry date and allow view, edit or, for folders, upload only. Send the link and the password through different channels.
How much storage does each person get?
It depends on your online plan: Basic 50 GB, Advanced 200 GB, Ultra 1 TB per user. Your usage always shows in the Storage panel at the bottom of the sidebar.
What if I delete or change a file by mistake?
Deleted files go to Trash; click Restore to get them back. Items in Trash are permanently deleted after 30 days. For an unwanted edit, open Versions in the details pane to view and restore an older version.
Can I see who changed files in a shared folder?
Yes. Select a file or folder and open Details › Activity. MORA Cloud records who added, edited, renamed, moved, deleted or shared it, including saves from MORA Office in the browser. For a folder, Activity covers every file inside, and colleagues it is shared with can see it too.
What happens to files when someone leaves?
An owner or admin suspends or deletes the user in the admin console, and that person can no longer sign in. Suspended users keep their files; files of deleted users are kept for 20 days for restore. Keep team documents in shared drives so they always belong to the organization.
