Terms of use

This English version is provided for convenience; the Vietnamese version prevails. The Vietnamese original is published at office.mora.vn/dieu-khoan.

Effective from 14 September 2026 for the MORA Office software, the office.mora.vn website and the related services (licensing, updates, feedback). This document, together with the License, the Privacy Policy and the Payment and Refund Policy, forms the agreement between you and MORA.

1. Definitions

  • MORA: MORA Technology Joint Stock Company, 2 Dang Thai Mai, Tay Ho Ward, Hanoi; hotline 1800 4985 (within Vietnam).
  • Software: MORA Office, including MORA Doc, MORA Sheet, MORA Slide, MORA PDF, the background process, the installer and updates.
  • Services: the office.mora.vn website, the licensing system, update checks and the feedback page.
  • User: an individual or organization that installs or uses the Software or the Services.
  • License key: a character string issued by MORA’s system to activate the licensed edition.

2. Acceptance

By installing or using the Software, or accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. If you use them on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

3. Right of use

You may install and use the Software for lawful purposes under the License. You may not: (a) remove or alter copyright notices or trademarks; (b) interfere with or disable the licensing, notice, advertising or update mechanisms; (c) use the Software to violate the law or the rights of third parties; (d) exploit defects in the Services to obtain licenses improperly.

4. Accounts and licenses

  • A license purchase is confirmed by a bank transfer to MORA’s account with the reference generated by the system; the license is activated automatically when the transaction matches the amount and the reference.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct email address, phone number and (for companies) tax code to receive the key, the certificate and the invoice.
  • A license key may only be used on the number of computers purchased. MORA may revoke keys that are shared publicly, purchased through fraudulent transactions or used in breach of these terms; the Software then returns to the non-activated edition.

5. Purchase notices and advertising

The non-activated Software shows a notice inviting you to buy a license when you open an application or a document, and may show advertising; these can be closed immediately, including when there is no network connection. Advertising content is reviewed; advertising collects no personal data beyond the number of impressions.

6. Your data and documents

The documents you create belong to you. The Software processes documents on your computer and does not send their content to servers unless you actively use an online storage service or send files through the feedback page. The technical data collected and its purposes are set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. Updates

MORA releases updates periodically; the Software checks for them and downloads the installer in advance, and you decide whether to install. Licensed editions receive updates for the term of the plan. Older versions are no longer supported 12 months after the release date of the next version.

8. Feedback page

Content, images and files you send through office.mora.vn/phanhoi are used to resolve issues and improve the product; you undertake not to send confidential information of third parties or unlawful content. Stars and the hall of fame are decided by MORA and create no financial obligation.

9. Intellectual property

The trademarks, logos, interface, documentation and code developed by MORA are owned by MORA. Open-source components belong to their respective authors and are licensed under the license of each component.

10. Limitation of liability

The Software and the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, MORA is not liable for data loss, indirect damages, lost profits or business interruption. MORA’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for licenses in the most recent 12 months. Please back up your important documents.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MORA for damages arising from your breach of these terms or of the law when using the Software.

12. Termination

You may stop using and uninstall the Software at any time. MORA may terminate the right to use the licensed edition if you seriously breach these terms; the provisions on intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law remain in effect.

13. Changes to these terms

MORA may update these terms; the new version is posted on this page with its effective date. Changes that are significantly unfavorable to licensed editions are notified at least 30 days in advance to the registered email address.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. The parties shall first seek to negotiate; if no agreement is reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved by a competent court in Vietnam.
