What is the difference between personal and organization accounts?
Personal is for one person: buy MORA Office for 1 or 5 computers, with MORA Meet and MORA AI included, and MORA Cloud Basic when it becomes available for personal accounts. Organizations are for companies, agencies and schools: your own domain, a mailbox for each person, shared file storage, team chat in MORA Chat, an admin console and three roles. They pay per device and per user.
How are devices counted? Can I switch computers?
Each device is one computer with MORA Office installed. To switch, uninstall MORA Office on the old computer and install it on the new one at any time. For organizations, the price tier is based on the total number of devices.
What does the lifetime plan include, and what happens after 3 years?
Pay once and use MORA Office with no time limit, with 3 years of new versions. Personal lifetime plans also include MORA Meet, MORA Cloud and MORA AI at Basic level for the first 12 months; renew them separately after that. After 3 years you keep using the version you have.
What does “per user” mean for online plans?
Each user is a person in your organization with a MORA account, including a MORA Mail mailbox, MORA Cloud, MORA Meet, MORA Chat and MORA AI. You pay per user per month: Basic $1.90 (50 GB per user), Advanced $3.90 (200 GB per user), Ultra $8.70 (1 TB per user). Storage is guaranteed by the plan you buy.
Do organizations need both desktop licenses and an online plan?
No. Choose what you need. License MORA Office per device for desktop apps, buy an online plan per user for email, storage and meetings, or combine both.
Can MORA run on our own servers?
Yes. MORA Enterprise installs MORA Mail, Cloud, Meet, Chat and MORA AI on your servers, with MORA Office licenses for your computers. Your team installs it with MORA’s documentation and runs the servers. Pricing is by quotation: send a request from the contact page.
How do I buy?
Click Buy on a plan. The contact form opens with that plan selected. Tell us your organization and the number of devices or users, and our sales team replies by email with the next steps and an invoice.
Do prices include tax?
Prices in USD, excluding local taxes. Each price is per the unit shown next to it: per year, per one-time purchase, per device or per user per month.
How can an organization with fewer than 10 devices buy?
Organization pricing starts at 10 devices. If you have fewer, contact sales and we will suggest the right option.
What is the refund policy?
Within 14 days of purchase, if the software does not run on your computer and MORA cannot fix it, you get a 100% refund. Send your request with your order or license details from the contact page.
Can I use MORA Office before buying?
Yes. Download and install MORA Office to use all four apps. The software shows a purchase reminder until you activate a license.
