    • Save a snapshot of the shared screen with your drawings
    • Latecomers still see everything on the whiteboard

FAQ

Questions about MORA Meet

Can’t find your answer? Send us a message from the Contact page.

Who can create a meeting?

Any MORA account, personal or organization, can create and host meetings. Participants do not need an account.

How do guests without an account join?

Guests open the link, scan the QR code or enter the meeting code, type their name and wait in the waiting room. The host clicks Admit to let them in.

Do colleagues have to wait for approval?

No. Members of your organization sign in with their MORA account, enter the code and join directly with host rights. People from other organizations still wait, even when signed in.

How many people can join a meeting?

Up to 70 participants per meeting.

Do I need to install anything?

No. MORA Meet runs in the browser on computers, phones and iPad. Hosts on Windows can add the MORA Meet app to draw on PowerPoint and PDF and follow the meeting in a floating panel while using other apps.

Is there an app for phones or Mac?

A MORA Meet app for phones is coming soon. Today you meet in the browser on phones, iPad and Mac. Screen sharing needs a computer.

Does screen sharing include sound?

Yes. From a computer you share a window or the whole screen. In supported browsers, system audio is sent too, which helps when playing video.

Where are recordings, and who can see them?

The host clicks Record and everyone in the room is told. Recordings play online in Meeting management. On organization accounts, colleagues can see them too. You can create a view-only link to send to others.

Can I schedule meetings ahead?

Yes. In Meeting management, set a one-off or weekly meeting and see your schedule by month, then send the code or link yourself. MORA Meet does not yet send email invitations or sync with other calendar apps.

Why don’t I see Speak or Data saver in internal meetings?

These buttons, poll answers and breakout rooms are for participants without host rights, usually guests. Colleagues who sign in to your organization’s meetings all have host rights, so they do not see these buttons, do not receive polls and are not placed in breakout rooms.
