What is MORA Online?
MORA Online is MORA’s set of online services: MORA Cloud, MORA Mail, MORA Chat, MORA Meet and MORA AI. Together they help you store documents, communicate, meet online and get work done in one place.
Which services are included?
MORA Online has 5 main services:
- MORA Cloud: store, manage, share and edit documents online.
- MORA Mail: professional email on your organization’s domain.
- MORA Chat: messaging and teamwork inside your organization.
- MORA Meet: online meetings.
- MORA AI: an AI assistant for drafting and daily tasks.
Do I need to install software?
No. You use MORA Online services directly in a web browser. All you need is an Internet connection and the right account.
Can I use one account for every service?
Yes. Your MORA account gives access to the online services. Which services you can use depends on your account type and plan.
Is MORA Online suitable for individuals?
Yes. Individuals can use supported services such as MORA Meet and MORA AI. MORA Mail and MORA Chat are for organizations, and MORA Cloud for individuals is in development.
Can a business use MORA Mail with its own domain?
Yes. MORA Mail creates mailboxes on your company domain, such as name@yourcompany.com, for a professional image and easier email management.
Can MORA Cloud edit Word, Excel and PowerPoint files?
Yes. MORA Cloud opens and edits Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents in the browser, and stores, manages and shares them online.
How many people can join a MORA Meet meeting?
Up to 70 participants, enough for team meetings, department meetings, training and remote work.
Can people without a MORA account join a meeting?
Yes. Invited people join by link or room code without creating a MORA account. The host must admit them.
Can MORA Chat be used with people outside the company?
MORA Chat is built for communication inside an organization: messages, file sharing and video calls in one shared workspace. People outside your organization cannot search for or message your members.
What can MORA AI help with?
MORA AI drafts documents and emails, finds and summarizes information and handles some tasks in MORA Cloud, Mail and Meet, so you spend less time on repetitive steps.
How is business data protected?
MORA Online includes access permissions, two-factor authentication, organization account management and password-protected sharing links. Specific security features depend on the service and plan.
How do the plans differ?
MORA Online has 3 plans for organizations: Basic, Advanced and Ultra. All three include MORA Mail, Cloud, Meet, Chat and the supported AI tools.
They differ in storage per user and how long MORA Chat keeps messages and images.
