Edit or recall messages, share files up to 100 MB, send voice messages and search your chats.
Reply with a quote of the original, forward to another chat and edit sent messages.
Sent something by mistake? Recall it for everyone, or delete it only for yourself.
Small avatars under a message show who has seen it; see when a colleague is typing.

Never miss an important message
Pin, tag and filter your chats. Mute notifications for a while and stay focused.
Pin chats to the top, tag them Customers, Work, Partners… and filter by tag.
Mute for 1 hour, 4 hours, until 8 AM or until you turn it back on.
Show only unread chats, mark a chat unread to come back later, or mark everything read at once.

New messages trigger a notification with sound; the unread count shows on the browser tab.

A closed space for your organization
People outside your organization cannot reach your team. Members follow your organization’s admin console, with MORA single sign-on, two-factor authentication and HTTPS connections.
Outsiders cannot find, invite or message your members.
People added to the organization appear in the directory; suspended or deleted users can no longer open MORA Chat.
The same account as MORA Mail, Cloud and Meet; your account’s two-factor authentication still applies.
Require approval for new members, remove people from a group or close a group you no longer need.
All connections between your browser and MORA Chat use HTTPS.

Who can use MORA Chat?
Members of an organization account with an online plan, Basic or higher. Everyone signs in with their organization’s MORA account.
Can personal accounts use MORA Chat?
No. MORA Chat is for conversations within an organization.
Can I message people outside the company?
No. People outside your organization cannot find you, message you or join your groups, even with a group invite link. To talk with customers or partners, invite them to a MORA Meet meeting or send an email with MORA Mail.
How do calls work in MORA Chat?
Click the phone or camera icon at the top of a chat. The call opens in the MORA Chat window and the other person clicks Answer. During a call, shrink it to keep chatting, or share your screen from a computer. The first time, your browser asks for microphone and camera access.
How long are messages and files kept?
It depends on your plan. Basic: messages and images kept on the server for 4 weeks. Advanced and Ultra: messages and images kept for as long as your organization uses the service; attachments (documents, video, voice) kept for 4 weeks. Copies downloaded to a device stay on that device. MORA Chat messages and files are stored on servers in Hanoi, Vietnam.
What is the file size limit?
Each photo, video or file can be up to 100 MB. For larger files, upload them to MORA Cloud and share them with colleagues.
Do new employees have to add colleagues?
No. People added to the organization in the admin console appear in the MORA Chat directory right away, and colleagues can message them even before their first sign-in.
What happens when someone leaves?
An admin suspends or deletes the person in the organization admin console. From then on, the account cannot open MORA Chat.
Is there a MORA Chat app for computers and phones?
Yes, for Windows 10 and 11 and macOS 12 or later (Apple silicon or Intel). It runs in the system tray so you do not miss messages or calls. Android is in internal testing and not yet in app stores; on iPhone and iPad, use MORA Chat in the browser. You can also use it in the browser without installing anything, and messages sync across devices.
