Does MORA Office open Word, Excel and PowerPoint files?

Yes. MORA Office opens, edits and saves .docx, .xlsx and .pptx files directly, plus legacy .doc, .xls and .ppt files and PDFs. Files you send back stay in the format your partners use.

Can I use MORA Office before I buy?

Yes. Once installed, all four apps work. MORA Office shows purchase reminders until you activate a license. After you buy, enter your license key from the Help menu to turn the reminders off.

What counts as a device? Can I switch computers?

A device is one computer where MORA Office is installed and activated. The 1-device plan covers one computer; the 5-device plan covers up to five of yours. To switch, uninstall on the old computer and install on the new one, at any time.

How long do I get updates?

MORA Office checks for a new version every day and lets you know. New versions install over the old one, with no uninstall needed. Annual plans get updates for 12 months, lifetime plans for 3 years. After that, you keep using the installed version with no time limit.

What do personal plans include besides MORA Office?

Both annual and lifetime personal plans include MORA Meet to host meetings, MORA Cloud Basic (coming soon for personal accounts) and MORA AI Basic for 12 months. Renew them separately after that if you need them.

What are the system requirements?

Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) or Windows 11, 64-bit; or macOS 11 or later on a Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later). At least 4 GB RAM, 2 GB free disk space and a 1366×768 display. The installer is a single .msi file on Windows and a .dmg on Mac.

Can I sign in to my MORA account inside MORA Office?

Coming soon. Today you use your MORA account to manage plans, view license keys and use MORA Meet (organization accounts also get MORA Mail, Cloud and Chat). MORA Office is activated with a license key from the Help menu.

How does an organization buy for many computers?

Organizations license by total number of devices, and the price per device drops as the number grows. You get one installer file, license keys for your device count and an invoice. For fewer than 10 devices or a custom contract, contact sales.
